Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of liinom.com. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Using this website

You may view and share the content of this site for your own business purposes. You may not scrape it at scale, republish it as your own, attempt to breach its security, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to us.

Information on this site

Prices shown are starting points for typical projects, not binding quotes. A binding price is only the one stated in a written proposal we have signed. Timelines described here are typical ranges based on past work and are not guarantees for your specific project.

Enquiries and demos

Submitting an enquiry or demo request does not create a contract. We may decline any enquiry. Prototypes produced as part of a free demo are provided as-is, without warranty, for evaluation purposes; you may keep and reuse them, but they are not production-ready software unless we say so in writing.

Intellectual property

The design, code, text and branding of this site belong to Liinom unless stated otherwise. Third-party names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement or an existing partnership.

For client work, ownership of the deliverables transfers to you on final payment, as set out in the project agreement. Open-source components remain under their own licences.

Payment terms

Fixed-price projects are invoiced in milestones, typically 40% on signature, 30% at an agreed midpoint and 30% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days unless the project agreement says otherwise. Work may be paused on overdue invoices.

No warranty on this site

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liinom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
